General Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP systems and master data management Strong knowledge of stock code structures, Bills of Materials (BOM), and categorization processes Proficient in English Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify data errors and develop solutions Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across different departments Job Description: Ensuring the creation, activation, and accurate definition of stock codes within the ERP system. Ensuring that new stock codes are correctly categorized in accordance with the Main Group – Sub Group – Detail Group structure. Regularly reviewing existing stock codes and correcting inaccurate or incomplete definitions. Implementing necessary revisions to stock codes and maintaining data integrity. Ensuring the creation and updating of Bills of Materials (BOM) for semi-finished and finished goods within the system. Controlling the accuracy and consistency of BOMs and ensuring alignment with operational processes. Performing data quality checks related to stock codes and BOM structures, and proactively identifying errors. Conducting controls to prevent duplicate records, incorrect categorization, and incomplete data entries. Establishing and implementing standards, naming conventions, and data entry principles for stock code creation and management. Tracking changes related to newly created and revised codes and ensuring data consistency. Evaluating stock code and data requests from different departments and defining them appropriately in the system. Ensuring data accuracy by working in coordination with procurement, operations, and finance teams. Providing improvement and development suggestions for ERP systems and master data processes. Supporting the accurate establishment of data infrastructure required for reporting, costing, and pricing analyses. Managing inactive or obsolete product codes (e.g., deactivation, archiving). Supporting users in correctly executing stock code and BOM management processes and providing guidance when necessary.
