Job Description Manage daily operations of the organization’s Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), and Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) infrastructure. Install, configure, and administer network devices (routers, switches, access points, firewalls, etc.). Carry out operations related to network monitoring systems. Prepare and maintain documentation regarding the installation, configuration, and operation of the network. Handle incoming requests to the network administration team and deliver results within specified timelines. Apply software updates and security patches to network devices in line with defined procedures. Perform regular backup operations of the network infrastructure and verify backup integrity. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage support processes related to network systems. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Administration. Advanced proficiency in English. Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users. Strong skills in identifying root causes of problems and developing permanent solutions. Ability to remain calm in critical situations and make effective decisions under pressure. Quick adaptability to new technologies with a strong willingness for continuous learning.
