Job Description: Act as a Global Business Analyst for ongoing SAP S/4HANA rollout projects, leading fit-gap meetings, guiding key users through end-to-end testing and master data preparation, providing user training and post-go-live support. Collaborate with IT, Project Management, and business stakeholders to support SAP and finance digitalization projects. Support stakeholder communication and change management activities within projects. Act as the communication bridge between business users and IT. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment with global finance process standardization, continuous improvement, and best practice adoption across group companies. Provide second-level support by analyzing and resolving business process and system issues reported through Jira, and coordinate with IT teams when further technical support is required. Prepare process documentation, training materials, and provide training and guidance to finance teams across subsidiaries. Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with SAP Key User experience; familiarity with SAP TRM preferred. Hands-on experience in SAP projects, with a focus on process improvements and system implementations. Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI and related processes (CO, SD, MM, PS), with the ability to analyze and resolve business and system issues without technical debugging. Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting processes (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets; Treasury knowledge is a plus). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business challenges. Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.) Fluent in English, with experience in multicultural environments.
