We are currently seeking a talented “Senior AI Software Developer ” to join our dynamic “Global Digital Technologies" team. About the Role We are looking for a Senior AI Software Developer to join our AI Development team. The role focuses on designing and developing production-ready solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and intelligent automation . The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building AI-powered applications and is interested in emerging AI technologies. Experience with SAP technologies is a strong advantage, as many solutions integrate with enterprise SAP systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience . Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications . Experience with platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini . Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, RAG, MCP, and Tool Calling . Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini Code Assist . Strong software engineering and enterprise application development skills. Experience with SAP ABAP and S/4HANA is an advantage. Knowledge of ABAP Objects, CDS Views, RAP, OData, BAPI, RFC, IDoc, and SAP Workflow is an advantage. Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP, or SAP Integration Suite is an advantage. Experience integrating AI solutions with SAP or other enterprise business systems is an advantage. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and cloud-native development practices . Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain production-grade AI applications. Build AI assistants, agents, RAG solutions, and intelligent automation workflows . Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, SAP, and other enterprise systems. Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, security, performance, latency, and cost. Develop reusable AI components and frameworks. Review AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability. Research emerging AI technologies and contribute to technical standards and architecture decisions. Collaborate with software engineers, business teams, and solution architects. Develop and integrate AI solutions with SAP applications where applicable.
