Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Controlling, or Financial Reporting functions Strong understanding of financial statements, management reporting, and profitability analysis Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting processes Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and generate business insights Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills; experience with tools such as Query and Power BI is a plus Experience in working closely with commercial functions including Sales and Trade Marketing teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across departments Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced business environment High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail Fluency in English, both written and spoken Preferred Qualifications Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational company environments Background in commercial controlling and profitability management Strong knowledge of SAP CO-PA processes and commercial finance reporting structures is required. Proven experience in people management, team leadership, and talent development Ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and contribute to strategic decision-making processes Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving business initiatives Strong business partnering capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders and contribute to business growth Experience in leading finance transformation, process improvement, and digitalization initiatives Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly statutory financial statements and income statements with high accuracy and in line with reporting deadlines Lead monthly forecasting and planning processes by partnering closely with commercial and operational teams Perform monthly actual CO-PA closing activities and ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial and operational performance Prepare detailed management reports, expense analyses, and performance evaluations for senior leadership Conduct variance analysis across actuals, budget, and forecast figures while identifying key financial and operational drivers Support commercial decision-making through detailed profitability, margin, and business performance analyses Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to evaluate campaigns, investments, pricing structures, and channel profitability Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and profitability analyses to support strategic business initiatives Develop and improve reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and data visualization tools through Power BI and other reporting solutions Analyze large datasets and generate actionable business insights to improve financial and operational efficiency Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes across different business functions Contribute to process improvement, reporting automation, and digital transformation initiatives within the finance organization Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial data across SAP and reporting systems Support executive-level presentations and management reporting processes with insightful financial analysis Prepare and evaluate customer and product profitability analyses to support commercial decision-making Support pricing decisions through detailed financial analysis and profitability assessments Manage customer invoice provision processes and monitor related accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting and commercial profitability tracking
