General Qualifications: Graduate from universities, preferably in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields At least 10 years of experience in ERP and corporate applications Experienced in team management processes Strong knowledge and experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar Competent in business analysis, process management, project management, and digital transformation Proficient in English Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Job Description: Management, maintenance, and strategic development of ERP and corporate applications. End-to-end planning, management, and implementation of digital transformation projects. Analysis and prioritization of legal and corporate requirements received from business units, and execution of analysis, design, development, and deployment processes. Researching suitable technologies and solutions for requirements that cannot be met by existing applications; conducting feasibility studies; and ensuring the selection of the most appropriate solution by evaluating technological capability, sustainability, budget, and resource aspects. Managing SLA compliance for services received from third parties and overseeing the resolution of operational issues. Managing vendors involved in projects within the relevant domain. Execution of system integrations, data management, and performance improvement activities. Team management, stakeholder coordination, and regular reporting on system processes. Improvement of project and support processes.
