We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, consistent, and visually engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The successful candidate will work closely with product owners, business analysts, software developers, frontend teams, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to transform business requirements and user needs into effective digital products. Responsibilities Designing user-centered, intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces for web and mobile applications. Actively participating in product discovery, analysis, design, development, testing, and improvement processes. Understanding business requirements, user needs, technical constraints, and product goals and translating them into effective design solutions. Conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, usability studies, and competitor analysis when required. Creating user personas, user journeys, experience maps, information architectures, and task flows. Preparing wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs. Designing complete user flows for complex business processes and enterprise applications. Collaborating closely with product owners, business analysts, frontend developers, backend developers, QA engineers, and business units. Converting business processes and functional requirements into clear, simple, and usable user experiences. Ensuring visual and functional consistency across different applications, screens, modules, and platforms. Creating and maintaining design systems, component libraries, UI standards, design principles, and style guides. Defining reusable UI components, interaction patterns, layout structures, and responsive behaviors. Working closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Reviewing developed screens and providing feedback regarding design consistency, usability, responsiveness, and accessibility. Preparing design specifications, component behaviors, interaction details, screen states, and developer handoff documentation. Designing responsive interfaces compatible with different screen sizes, devices, and browsers. Considering accessibility, usability, readability, and inclusive design principles throughout the design process. Applying accessibility standards such as WCAG and ensuring that interfaces are usable by users with different needs. Designing error states, loading states, empty states, warning messages, validation messages, and system notifications. Ensuring that sensitive actions, authorization states, and security-related user interactions are clearly represented in the user interface. Considering privacy and security principles when designing login, authentication, authorization, consent, password, and personal data management flows. Ensuring that sensitive or confidential information is displayed appropriately and securely within user interfaces. Conducting usability tests and collecting feedback from users and stakeholders. Analyzing user feedback, usability findings, product metrics, and behavioral data to improve designs. Identifying usability problems, process complexity, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities. Supporting A/B testing, prototype validation, and data-driven design improvement activities when applicable. Participating in workshops, design reviews, product meetings, and requirement clarification sessions. Presenting design concepts and explaining design decisions to business and technical stakeholders. Maintaining and organizing design files, component libraries, prototypes, documentation, and version history. Researching new design trends, tools, technologies, interaction models, and user experience practices. Contributing to continuous improvement activities related to product usability, design quality, accessibility, and user satisfaction. Supporting and mentoring junior designers and contributing to the development of design standards across teams. Adapting effectively to a fast-paced work environment and managing multiple design priorities through effective time management. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, product design, interaction design, or a similar role. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes, web or mobile application designs, prototypes, and completed digital products. Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Figma. Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools is preferred. Strong knowledge of user experience design, user interface design, interaction design, visual design, and information architecture. Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, user journeys, task flows, and interactive prototypes. Experience in designing enterprise-level, multi-user, data-intensive, and process-oriented web applications. Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first design principles. Experience in creating and maintaining design systems, component libraries, style guides, and reusable design patterns. Knowledge of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, spacing, grid systems, iconography, and layout principles. Good understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and inclusive design practices. Familiarity with WCAG standards, semantic structure, keyboard navigation, color contrast, and screen reader considerations. Knowledge of web application security and privacy principles from a user experience perspective. Familiarity with secure authentication flows, role-based interfaces, consent management, sensitive data masking, and authorization-related screen states. Ability to design clear and secure user experiences for login, password management, multi-factor authentication, session expiration, and access control processes. Experience collaborating with frontend developers and understanding the technical feasibility of UI designs. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or frontend development concepts is considered an advantage. Familiarity with component-based frontend development and design-to-code processes is preferred. Experience preparing detailed developer handoff documentation and design specifications. Ability to understand RESTful API-based applications, system integrations, data flows, and dynamic interface behaviors. Experience with usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and design validation methods. Familiarity with product analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and user behavior analysis tools is considered an advantage. Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar platforms is preferred. Experience working in Agile or Scrum product development environments. Ability to manage multiple projects, changing priorities, and stakeholder expectations. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on usability, consistency, accessibility, security, and visual quality. Self-motivated, eager to learn, accountable, and able to take design initiative when necessary. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
