We are looking for a Total Rewards Manager who will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our compensation, rewards, and workforce planning practices while ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and business sustainability. This role partners closely with Finance, Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A), People Business Partners, and business leaders to deliver data-driven reward and workforce strategies that support organizational growth. What You'll Do Total Rewards Lead MAC's Total Rewards strategy in line with business and people priorities. Design and manage compensation structures, salary architecture, grading, and job evaluation methodologies. Own annual salary review, promotion, bonus, and incentive processes. Conduct market benchmarking and ensure external competitiveness and internal equity. Develop and continuously improve reward policies and employee benefits programs. Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal governance standards. Workforce Planning & People Analytics Lead workforce planning, headcount management, and personnel cost budgeting in partnership with Finance and business leaders. Prepare workforce forecasts, people budgets, and labor cost analyses to support strategic business decisions. Monitor workforce KPIs including headcount, FTE, labor cost, turnover, productivity, and organizational efficiency. Deliver people analytics, dashboards, and executive insights to support decision-making. Support organizational design and workforce optimization initiatives. Business Partnership Partner closely with Finance, FP&A, and People Business Partners on compensation, budgeting, and workforce planning decisions. Lead reward-related projects, process improvements, and HR digitalization initiatives. Provide expert guidance to leaders on compensation, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Reward Management, or Workforce Planning. Strong knowledge of compensation design, salary benchmarking, grading, and job evaluation methodologies. Proven experience managing annual salary review, bonus, and incentive processes. Experience in workforce planning, people budgeting, and HR analytics. Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is a plus. Experience partnering with Finance and business leaders. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Fluent in English. Nice to Have Experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, or other multi-site organizations. Experience with job evaluation methodologies (Mercer, Korn Ferry, Hay, etc.). Experience designing incentive and variable pay programs. Experience supporting organizational transformation and HR digitalization projects. Why Join MAC?
