What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred, At least 4 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, Applied AI or a related field, Proven experience developing and deploying LLM-based applications into production, Hands-on experience with RAG, prompt engineering, chatbots and agentic workflows, Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, Solid understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, model deployment and monitoring, Experience with MLOps practices and processes, Experience with GCP technologies, particularly BigQuery, Vertex AI and Cloud Run , Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar LLM orchestration frameworks, Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval systems, Experience in predictive modeling; experience with recommendation systems, forecasting or segmentation is a plus, Understanding of cloud infrastructure and FinOps / cost-aware AI practices, Experience working with datamarts, event-level data and feature engineering processes, Experience with GA4, event-based product analytics and/or omni-channel engagement tools, Strong communication skills in both English and Turkish, Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, A product and growth mindset, Ability to communicate technical concepts and findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders, Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. What You’ll Do Design and develop LLM-powered products and solutions aligned with MAC’s business and product needs, Build RAG pipelines, conversational assistants and chatbot solutions, Develop and orchestrate AI agents for data exploration, automation, modeling and reporting use cases, Own the end-to-end deployment, serving and monitoring processes of ML models and LLM applications in production, Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure and LLM inference costs, Collaborate with Data Engineering teams on the development of datamarts, feature stores and data assets, Develop predictive models for use cases such as personalization, churn prevention and campaign optimization, Design and run A/B testing as well as offline and online evaluation processes for ML models and LLM outputs, Analyze member and behavioral data to develop AI solutions that create measurable value for products and business processes, Monitor the performance, accuracy, reliability and scalability of AI systems, Integrate AI solutions with MAC’s existing product and technology ecosystem, Communicate technical findings, system behavior and results clearly to relevant stakeholders, Stay up to date with developments in AI and data technologies and contribute to building MAC’s AI capabilities, Identify and implement new AI use cases that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes. Nice to Have Experience with fine-tuning and embedding models, Experience developing streaming or real-time data pipelines, Experience developing AI solutions in fitness, wellbeing, retail, consumer-facing or other high-volume data environments.
