Job Description As a Technical Documentation Analyst, you will be responsible for creating, organizing, and managing technical documents required throughout the software development lifecycle. These include R&D documents, product and project documentation, technical reports, user guides, supporting materials, workflow diagrams, and more. Your role will play a key part in ensuring documentation meets quality standards and is clear, accurate, and accessible. Responsibilities Create and maintain technical documentation such as R&D reports, product/project documents, technical reports, user manuals, support materials, and workflow diagrams Collaborate closely with technical teams to gather up-to-date and accurate information Ensure all documents meet internal quality standards and formatting guidelines Research technical topics and create concise, well-structured reports Translate complex technical information into user-friendly documentation Support technical teams during project planning and documentation processes Assist quality and information security teams during internal audit processes Experience & Skills Strong written communication skills with attention to detail Ability to convey technical information in a clear and effective manner Skilled in transforming complex concepts into accessible content Team-oriented, with strong collaboration and coordination abilities Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset, with a quick learning ability Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related technical fields Familiarity with software development processes and Agile methodologies Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Good command of English, both written and spoken Perks & Benefits Buffet breakfast in the office every morning Comprehensive private health insurance package Meal card & commute compensation, Lots of events and celebrations (check out @crssoft on Instagram) Education fund to support learning and development opportunities Paid birthday off to spend time with your loved ones A gift book on your birthday All the technical equipment and licenses you need Interviews and Q&A sessions with experts Marriage leave (5 days) No dress code!
