AI & Cloud Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales) – Arabic Speaker | Istanbul Are you passionate about Generative AI and Cloud technologies and enjoy working directly with customers?We are looking for an AI & Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our international technology team in Istanbul.You will work with international customers to understand their business challenges, design Cloud & Generative AI solutions, and turn ideas into demos, POCs and real-world solutions. What You'll DoWork directly with international customers during the pre-sales and solution delivery process Understand customer requirements and identify Cloud & AI opportunities Design Cloud and Generative AI solution architectures Build and support AI demos and POCs Work with technologies such as LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Workflows and Prompt Engineering Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations Collaborate with Sales, Product and R&D teams Support strategic customers with technical consultancy What We're Looking For2+ years of experience in Cloud, AI, DevOps, Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, Software Engineering or a related technical field Hands-on understanding of core Cloud services such as Compute, Storage and Databases Experience with at least one public cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud or Tencent Cloud Familiarity with Generative AI / LLM technologies Interest or experience in building AI applications, integrations, demos or POCs Strong customer communication and presentation skills Ability to understand a business problem and translate it into a technical solution AI ExperienceExperience with some of the following is a plus:LLMs: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Qwen, DeepSeek or similarAI Application & Automation: Dify, n8n, LangChain, MCP, Bailian/PAI or similarConcepts: RAG, AI Agents, Workflows, Prompt Engineering, AI application developmentYou don't need experience with every technology listed above. Experience with similar platforms and tools is absolutely welcome. LanguagesArabic and English are required for this role.Native or fluent Arabic Professional working proficiency in English Comfortable conducting customer meetings and technical discussions in English Turkish is a plus, but not required No language certificate is required — we care about your ability to communicate effectively with customers.
