QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR BS or MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field. Good command of software engineering principles. Strong knowledge and experience in object oriented programming (OOP). Knowledge of common software design patterns. Strong programming skills in Python and related libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.). Knowledge and experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, LaMDA, Mixtral, Qwen, etc.). Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP). Knowledge of Generative AI models and algorithms (e.g., Transformer models, GANs). Experience in information retrieval and retrieval systems. Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Experience with version control systems (Git, etc.). Problem solving and analytical thinking skills. Open to learning and development. Good command of English. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment. Previous experience in generative AI projects. Academic publications or patents. Experience in test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). JOB DESCRIPTION: Writing high quality, efficient and scalable code, in accordance with software engineering principles. Develop modular, maintainable and extensible systems using appropriate software design patterns. Working on training, fine-tuning and optimisation of LLMs. Develop applications using LLMs in areas such as text generation, translation, question-answering, dialogue systems. Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for LLMs. Develop mechanisms for accessing and retrieving information from information sources (databases, APIs, web). Enabling LLMs to interact with external information sources to produce more accurate and reliable outputs. Performance analysis and optimisation, improving model accuracy and efficiency. Conducting research and following the latest developments in the field of generative AI. To work in co-operation with team members and share knowledge. INTERESTED?
