QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis experience. At least 5 years of experience in Telecommunications BSS or Digital Services. Strong expertise in Customer Order Management processes. Solid understanding of Business Support Systems (BSS) architecture. Experience with CRM, Billing, Product Catalog, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, and Customer Management solutions. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies. Proven experience managing product backlogs, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. Experience working with REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns. Evaluate emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks, and translate them into scalable product capabilities that deliver measurable business value. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business vision into scalable product strategies and measurable outcomes. Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions in complex environments. Demonstrated leadership and ownership, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of building alignment across business, technology, and executive teams. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions in fast-paced, evolving environments. Innovative mindset with a strong curiosity for emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, Agentic AI, and digital transformation. JOB DESCRIPTION Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Order Management capabilities across the BSS ecosystem, incorporating AI-driven and Agentic Order Management innovations. Lead the evolution of intelligent Order Management capabilities by leveraging AI agents, automation, and autonomous decision-making across the end-to-end order lifecycle. Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into product features, user stories, and technical requirements aligned with strategic business objectives. Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business priorities, and technology strategy. Design, optimize, and continuously improve end-to-end order lifecycle processes, including Order Capture, Validation, Decomposition, Orchestration, Fulfillment, Provisioning, Activation, Billing, and Order Assurance. Drive AI-powered automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention, minimize order fallout, accelerate fulfillment, and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, AI, Data Science, Operations, Sales, and Customer Care teams to deliver scalable and customer-centric solutions. Define product KPIs and success metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize customer experience, operational performance, and business outcomes. INTERESTED?
