Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and stakeholder requests for mobile banking and digital banking products, Work closely with business units, product teams, software developers, test engineers, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle, Act as a bridge between business and technical teams by translating business needs into clear and actionable functional and technical requirements, Gather, analyze, clarify, prioritize, and document business, functional, system, and integration requirements, Prepare functional and technical requirement documents, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules, Analyze mobile banking customer journeys, user interactions, and end-to-end digital banking processes to identify improvement opportunities, Model current and future-state business processes using UML and BPMN methodologies, Perform process analysis, system analysis, gap analysis, and impact analysis for new products, enhancements, and change requests, Analyze the interactions between mobile banking applications, backend services, APIs, and internal or third-party banking systems, Review and validate API definitions, service contracts, request and response structures, and integration flows using Swagger/OpenAPI, XML, and API testing tools, Use SQL to perform data analysis, validation, investigation, and requirement verification, Develop improvement recommendations for business processes, system capabilities, operational efficiency, and customer experience, Prepare and review test scenarios, test cases, expected results, and traceability between requirements and test coverage, Coordinate and support user acceptance testing activities, working closely with business users and QA teams, Track requirement changes, defects, dependencies, risks, and open items until resolution, Ensure that business, process, system, and integration documentation remains accurate and up to date, Participate actively in Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives, Support backlog prioritization by providing clear business context, impact assessments, and requirement details, Present analysis outcomes, solution proposals, process designs, and project updates to internal and external stakeholders, Coordinate multiple analysis initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment, Contribute proactively to the continuous improvement of mobile banking products, customer journeys, and business analysis practices. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst, Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in mobile banking or digital banking projects is strongly preferred, Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and system requirements, Ability to analyze requests received from business units and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements, Experience in preparing functional requirement documents, technical requirement documents, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and business rules, Strong knowledge of business process analysis and process modelling, Hands-on knowledge of UML and BPMN modelling techniques, Experience in process analysis, gap analysis, system analysis, and impact analysis, Ability to analyze mobile application flows and interactions between applications, backend services, APIs, and integrated systems, Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to perform data analysis and validation, Knowledge of XML and Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, Experience using API testing tools such as Postman, Experience in preparing test scenarios and coordinating user acceptance testing processes, Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, Experience working collaboratively with software development, QA, product, architecture, and business teams, Knowledge of business analysis, documentation, and project collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms, Strong proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation tools, Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Excellent verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, Ability to explain complex business and technical topics clearly to both business and technical stakeholders, Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously, A learner mindset with a willingness to try new approaches, innovate, and continuously improve, Proactive, detail-oriented, result-driven, and ownership-focused approach to work.
