Key Responsibilities Delivery & Outcomes Own multiple client engagements end-to-end, ensuring predictable and on-time delivery within agreed scope, budget, and quality expectations, from discovery and planning through go-live and transition to support. Establish clear delivery plans, milestones, success metrics, governance, and ownership across projects. Maintain visibility over scope, schedule, quality, budget, resources, dependencies, and risks, taking action before issues become escalations. Lead recovery planning when projects deviate from expectations and drive teams and stakeholders toward clear decisions and outcomes. Ensure delivery commitments translate into measurable business value and successful client outcomes. Client & Stakeholder Leadership Act as the primary delivery partner and escalation point for clients, building trusted relationships with both business and technology stakeholders. Understand client problems, business objectives, and constraints, and work with business and technical teams to translate them into delivery priorities and effective solution approaches. Lead project governance, steering meetings, executive updates, and critical client conversations with clarity and transparency. Navigate ambiguity, changing priorities, and challenging situations while maintaining client confidence and team alignment. Commercial & Financial Ownership Own the financial health of assigned engagements, including effort, cost, budget, forecast, resource utilization, margin, and scope changes. Identify delivery and commercial risks early and take corrective action to protect both client outcomes and project economics. Recognize opportunities for change requests, follow-on work, and expansion within existing client engagements. Partner with Sales and technical teams in discovery, estimation, feasibility assessment, solution shaping, proposals, and client presentations. Support a smooth handover from sales to delivery and help turn successful engagements into long-term client relationships. Team Leadership Lead and align cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, creating clarity around priorities, responsibilities, dependencies, and expected outcomes. Build effective collaboration across Engineering, Business Analysis, QA, Design, Product, Data, DevOps, AI, and other teams involved in delivery. Drive accountability and execution without relying on direct reporting authority, helping teams resolve blockers and make timely decisions. Provide meaningful performance feedback based on project delivery, ownership, collaboration, and contribution to outcomes. Technology & AI-Enabled Delivery Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product, Business Analysis, QA, Design, Data, DevOps, and AI teams to support technically sound delivery decisions. Maintain sufficient technical understanding to challenge assumptions, facilitate trade-offs, and communicate effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders — without needing to be the deepest technical expert in the room. Champion the practical use of AI and automation across the delivery lifecycle to improve productivity, quality, predictability, and time-to-market. Stay informed about modern software delivery practices, cloud technologies, data and AI trends, and their implications for client solutions. Delivery Excellence Use delivery data and metrics to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Establish an environment where risks, dependencies, and problems are surfaced early and addressed transparently. Continuously improve delivery practices, governance, templates, metrics, and ways of working. Share lessons learned and contribute to building scalable delivery capabilities across the organization. Required Skills and Experience 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, project/program management, consulting, or similar client-facing roles. Proven experience leading complex software development or digital transformation engagements from initiation through production. Strong understanding of modern software development practices, SDLC, Agile delivery, and cross-functional technology teams. Strong team leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead, align, and drive cross-functional teams in a matrix organization without direct reporting authority. Demonstrated experience managing project financials including estimation, cost, budgets, forecasts, utilization, scope changes, and profitability. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including experience handling difficult conversations, escalations, and executive-level communication. Commercial awareness and experience contributing to pre-sales, discovery, estimation, solution shaping, proposals, or account growth. Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities simultaneously while maintaining visibility over timelines, dependencies, risks, financials, and business impact. Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, ownership, and decision-making skills. Curiosity about technology and the ability to understand technical discussions and their business implications without needing to be a hands-on technical expert. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English. Nice to Have Experience delivering AI, Generative AI, data, cloud, or other emerging-technology initiatives. Experience using AI-enabled tools or practices to improve software delivery and team productivity. Experience in technology consulting, professional services, or managed services environments. Experience delivering projects in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or other regulated industries is a plus. Experience working with distributed or multidisciplinary delivery teams.
