Job Description: Mapa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SD Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing sales and distribution processes within SAP, ensuring seamless order-to-cash operations across our international projects. Your expertise will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting business growth. Responsibilities: Configure and maintain SAP SD modules to support end-to-end sales and distribution processes Manage and optimize the full order-to-cash cycle (order management, pricing, billing, delivery) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, Logistics) to improve and streamline processes Generate and analyze sales reports to support business decisions Ensure integration between SAP SD and other systems/modules Manage customer master data, pricing structures, and sales-related data Provide user training and ongoing support Identify and implement process and system improvements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and sales operations Strong expertise in SAP SD implementation and optimization Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes and logistics integration Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good understanding of commercial operations and customer management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English (written & spoken) is required This role requires full-time on-site work in Istanbul (remote work is not available) Ability to work in a collaborative and multicultural environment
