We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Expert to join our organization in a permanent, full-time and on-site role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a primary focus on Employee Central and Payroll-related processes. This role requires hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, strong functional consulting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery. Job Description Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-10 years of consulting experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects. Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and implementation. Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, roll-out, and transformation projects. Experience in HR Payroll processes and SAP HCM integrations. Experience in business analysis, process design, and functional documentation. Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and go-live activities. Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional project teams. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Qualifications Execute analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and application support activities for SAP SuccessFactors projects in line with company standards. Conduct business requirement analysis with business units and develop SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a particular focus on payroll-related business requirements. Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central, ensuring efficient and reliable system operation. Configure and continuously improve payroll processes within the SAP SuccessFactors environment. Support integration activities between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and other enterprise systems while coordinating with relevant stakeholders. Plan, execute, and report User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and functional validation activities. Prepare end-user training materials and provide functional support throughout the system lifecycle. Prepare and maintain functional analysis documents, process designs, and project documentation. Monitor SAP SuccessFactors application performance and recommend continuous improvements and system enhancements. Track project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders and management. Coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of project activities. Perform additional duties assigned by the reporting manager and contribute to the successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors projects within scope, timeline, and quality expectations. Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken). No travel restrictions and flexibility to travel for business needs, both domestically and internationally.
