About the job We are looking for a Project Manager experienced in delivering CRM projects for financial institutions. Ideal candidates should have 5+ years of project management experience, with strong experience in banking projects, stakeholder management, and system integrations. What You Will Be Doing Facilitating sprint planning, ensuring that the team creates actionable tasks and estimates. Supporting the team to meet sprint goals, ensuring that sprints are completed on time with high-quality deliverables. Ensuring continuous communication with stakeholders and the team throughout the sprint and project life cycle. Guiding and reviewing Requirements Documents, Functional Specs with wire frame diagrams and process charts and Technical Design Documents. Also required to prepare and review proposals for projects and change requests. Identifying and managing the risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies of the project and communicating through project status reports and project boards. Actively reviewing project team’s project artifacts and documents. Conducting project presentations, daily huddles, project board, steering committee meetings. What We Are Looking For At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager delivering of CRM projects for banks, credit unions or financial institutions. Hands-on experience managing CRM projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) Demonstrated ability to manage integrations with systems such as core banking, CRM, and third-party services. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle complex projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with clients,vendors, and internal teams. Experience with tools like MS Project, Devops. PMP cerfitication is a must. PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
