We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in delivering product implementation and digital transformation projects. What you will be doing: Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring solutions meet client needs and business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Support project planning activities including task breakdowns, timelines, effort estimations, and preparation of high-level project plans. Lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and vendors, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Support day-to-day project execution and coordination activities. Facilitate communication between project teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Participate in regular project meetings, daily stand-ups, status calls, and project governance activities. Oversee system implementations and integrations, including third-party solutions. Ensure assigned deliverables are completed on time and with expected quality. Review project artifacts prepared by the team for completeness and consistency. Support preparation and review of project documentation such as requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, and wireframes (in collaboration with BA / UX teams). Assist in preparing change requests, proposals, RFP responses, and project reports when required. Support scope management by tracking change requests and assessing their impacts. Assist in identifying project risks, dependencies, and issues. Maintain risk and issue logs, support reporting activities, and escalate risks or issues to senior project managers when needed. Monitor and manage project progress, timelines, risks, budgets, resources, and KPIs to ensure successful outcomes. Provide regular updates to senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and key metrics. Ensure adherence to project standards, governance, compliance, quality standards, and delivery processes throughout the project lifecycle. Address production issues, coordinate enhancements, and ensure post-go-live support. Support preparation of training materials and user guides. Assist in the coordination and delivery of user trainings when needed. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and adoption of best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project team. What we are looking for: At least 8+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager delivering product implementation projects Bachelor’s degree in technology, commerce, finance, business administration or related field Strong command of English (both written and spoken). Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid). PMP cerfitication is a must. PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus. Experienced in Quantitative Project Management and Quality Management. Experience in managing large-scale enterprise projects. Experience delivering digital transformation projects Experience in Online Banking, Mobile Banking, or Digital Channel projects in financial institutions are a plus Experience working with CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar customer engagement solutions) are a plus Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle complex projects. Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills. Good problem-solving, communication, and escalation skills. Exceptional presentation and documentation skills; ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, negotiation, persuasion, escalation management, and conflict management, with strong organizational abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and multicultural teams. Experience working with geographically distributed teams an advantage Hands-on experience with project planning and execution tools (e.g., Microsoft Project or similar). Experience with MS Office suite of applications; Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Copilot Experience with work assignment software such as Jira, Azure DevOps Strong understanding of Test Management Practices, Test Planning, Test Monitoring, Control, and Governance. Ability to interpret regulatory and compliance requirements into system behavior. Applicants must be capable of working with international clients if and when needed.
