At OCTAPULL, we develop AI-powered communication and collaboration solutions, helping individuals, companies, and teams work more efficiently through our SaaS products. As a fast-moving team that makes quick decisions and continuously improves, we are looking for a Product Intern who is curious about digital products, eager to learn, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in product management. As a Product Intern, you will work closely with our Product, Design, and Engineering teams and take part in different stages of the product development process. What You'll Do Take part in the end-to-end product development process, from identifying user needs to planning, development, testing, and release Research and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points to help improve our products Contribute to defining product requirements, scope, and feature details Help prepare product documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications Work closely with software developers to plan, clarify, and follow up on product requirements Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure that product decisions meet user needs and provide a consistent experience Test our products across mobile, desktop, and web platforms, identify issues, and help ensure a high-quality user experience Follow up on bugs and product issues with relevant teams and contribute to their resolution Participate in product planning, prioritization, and roadmap discussions Analyze existing features and suggest improvements based on user needs, product goals, and feedback Monitor product developments and help coordinate communication between different teams Contribute to user research, competitor analysis, and product discovery activities What We’re Looking For A university student or recent graduate who is interested in product management and wants to gain hands-on experience in this field Someone who is curious about digital products and genuinely enjoys understanding how products work and how they can be improved Able to understand user needs and keep the user at the center when making product decisions Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, and other teams Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with an interest in understanding the “why” behind user needs and product decisions Detail-oriented and willing to take ownership of tasks Able to use AI tools effectively to support research, analysis, documentation, problem-solving, and everyday product tasks Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Previous product experience is a plus, but not a requirement Who We're Looking For You don’t need to have previous product experience to apply.
