We are looking for a “ Finance Digital Transformation Architect ” to be assigned to our “Information Technologies Department” located in “ İstanbul HQ. ” WHAT DO WE EXPECT? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems or related disciplines, Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Financial Systems or related functions, Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP FI, Experience in SAP TRM, CO, FM and SAP S/4HANA is preferred, Proven experience in digital transformation, process improvement and ERP implementation projects, Good understanding of financial processes, financial close activities and cash management practices, Strong business analysis, process design and project management skills, Knowledge of data analytics, KPI management and reporting processes, Experience in identifying and implementing automation opportunities using digital technologies, Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and coordination capabilities, Excellent written and spoken English. WHAT AWAITS YOU? Lead digital transformation initiatives across Finance, Treasury and Budgeting functions, Develop and execute roadmaps that improve process efficiency, automation and financial visibility, Drive projects that enhance cash flow visibility through reporting, process optimization and system integrations, Support initiatives that accelerate financial close processes and reduce manual workload, Improve finance processes including invoice management, payments, expense management, reconciliations and financial controls, Manage the enhancement, standardization and adoption of finance applications, primarily SAP FI and related solutions, Evaluate business requirements by considering business value, cost, risk and strategic priorities, Identify and implement automation opportunities leveraging technologies such as RPA, Workflow, AI and Power Platform, Support the development of financial data models, KPIs and management reporting capabilities, Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners throughout transformation projects, Ensure finance processes comply with governance, internal control and audit requirements, Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance systems, processes and ways of working.
