We are looking for a “ Data & Advanced Analytics Manager ” to be assigned to our “Information Technologies Department” located in “ İstanbul HQ. ” WHAT DO WE EXPECT? Graduates of university departments in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields, With a minimum of 10 years of experience in Data Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Governance, or related disciplines, At least 5 years of experience in managing Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering teams, Experienced in SAP data structures, Master Data Management, and enterprise data platforms, Experienced in large-scale data transformation, reporting, analytics, or digital transformation projects, Experienced in designing and implementing Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks, Knowledgeable in SQL, data modeling, and enterprise reporting solutions, Experienced in Power BI and self-service analytics platforms, Experienced in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform technologies, and cloud-based data architectures, Knowledgeable in Data Integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data lifecycle management, Experienced in Python, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence applications, Experienced in Generative AI technologies and data-driven innovation initiatives, Possesses strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, Capable of translating business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions, Has well-developed leadership, team management, and decision-making skills, Possesses an analytical mindset and the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights. Designing and implementing the company’s Data Governance and Data Management framework, Establishing data ownership structures, data standards, and data quality processes across the organization, Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and sustainability of critical master data, Leading enterprise-wide data quality improvement initiatives, Managing data integration, data modeling, and data lifecycle processes, Ensuring effective management of data from SAP and integrated enterprise systems within the central data architecture, Improving the reliability, scalability, and performance of enterprise data platforms, Designing and implementing the company’s Business Intelligence and Analytics strategy, Developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reporting solutions, Delivering data-driven reporting and analytical solutions in collaboration with business units, Promoting self-service reporting and data-driven decision-making capabilities across the organization, Identifying and implementing Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics use cases, Leading forecasting, optimization, and decision-support model initiatives, Supporting digital transformation programs through data, analytics, and AI solutions, Managing Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Governance teams, Collaborating with business stakeholders to create measurable business value through data, Managing technology vendors, consulting firms, and external business partners.
