If you’re excited to be part of this journey, here are the opportunities awaiting you: Project Leadership and Delivery: Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics models to drive business decisions, Manage end-to-end delivery of data science projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, formulate analytical approaches, and communicate insights.. Data Modeling and Analysis: Develop and implement models for tabular, time series, recommendation, computer vision and LLM problems, Apply deep learning, machine learning, statistical analysis, and algorithmic techniques and strategies to large datasets to solve complex problems, Design and track ML experiments, Devise model validation strategies. Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact for data science inquiries and projects from business stakeholders, Translate complex technical details into actionable business insights, Prepare and present reports and findings to senior management. Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science and machine learning technologies, Explore new methodologies and tools to improve existing systems and workflows, Contribute to the innovation pipeline by proposing and piloting new solutions. Team Development and Mentoring: Mentor junior data scientists, providing guidance and support in their professional development, Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth. Who Are We Looking For? We’re looking for a passionate and innovative Field Data Scientist who follows technology trends and continuously seeks new challenges. If you have: Minimum of 2 years of experience (retail or e-commerce preferred) in a data science role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong proficiency in Python Strong understanding of LLMs, their architecture, and associated applications, including RAG systems and agentic workflows . Proficiency in deploying batch & api based ML inference solutions, Model deployment experience with big data ecosystems and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud , or Azure Extensive experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn , TensorFlow , PyTorch ), Extensive knowledge of ML metrics suitable to the problem Knowledge about model monitoring and drift detection strategies, Expertise in SQL and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark), Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, Excellent presentation and data visualization skills, Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders Then we might be looking for you!
