Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our Data Delivery teams under the Analytics Department. In this role, we would like to meet teammates who will: Take end-to-end ownership of the data analytics solutions of their business domain, from data ingestion and modeling to reporting, semantic models, and data products, Develop reliable, incremental (delta) data pipelines on Google BigQuery using Dataform and Airflow, Design semantic models and enterprise reporting solutions with the Microsoft BI stack (SSAS Tabular, Power BI, SSRS), Serve KPIs and analytical capabilities to our in-house web applications (.NET Core / Python FastAPI backends with React frontends) through well-designed data serving layers, Deeply understand business needs, build a product vision together with business units, and turn analytical requirements into long-lived data products, Champion data governance and data quality practices such as consistent metric definitions, documentation, lineage, and testing across the solutions they own, Embrace AI adoption as a core part of daily work, applying AI-assisted development practices and contributing to data agents that serve analytics use cases. General Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong Python skills, with hands-on experience in modern data stacks, Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses, preferably Google BigQuery, and SQL-based transformation frameworks such as Dataform or dbt, Production-level experience developing and orchestrating data pipelines with Airflow or similar tools, including incremental/delta loading patterns, Strong understanding of modern data architectures such as Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold), Data Mesh, and event-driven/streaming approaches, with the ability to position end-to-end analytical solutions within these architectures, Strong knowledge of dimensional and semantic data modeling (star schema, slowly changing dimensions, KPI/metric layer design), Experience with the Microsoft BI stack (SSAS Tabular, Power BI, SSRS) or equivalent BI and semantic layer technologies, Deep expertise in data visualization and UI/UX principles for analytical products, including visual hierarchy, layout, color usage, and storytelling with data, with the ability to turn complex data into intuitive, decision-oriented dashboards and interfaces, Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles, and the ability to embed this perspective into everyday delivery, A product mindset: the ability to deeply understand business needs, shape a product vision with stakeholders, and translate it into analytical solutions, Strong communication skills and experience working directly with business units in an Agile environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing data agents or agentic workflows for analytics use cases, such as natural-language querying over semantic models or automated insight generation, Understanding of agentic principles such as agent loops, tool use, and human-in-the-loop workflows, Knowledge of prompt engineering and context management practices for AI-assisted analytics and development, Familiarity with RAG, function calling, and agent-tool integration standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP), Active use of AI code assistant tools, preferably GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code, in daily development practice, Experience serving KPIs and metrics to external applications through headless BI or API-based approaches, Familiarity with .NET Core or Python FastAPI backends and React frontends, enough to collaborate effectively with application development teams.
