Business Analyst (Payment Facilitator / Payment Systems) İş İlanı

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Payment Systems team and play an active role in the development, enhancement, and delivery of our Payment Facilitator (PF) platform and related payment services. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, software development teams, and external partners by analyzing business requirements, preparing functional specifications, and ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of projects. Responsibilities Analyze business requests and translate them into functional requirements. Prepare User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria. Collaborate with software development teams throughout the analysis, development, and testing phases. Analyze APIs and define integration requirements. Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of new products and payment services. Monitor regulatory changes and analyze their impact on existing systems. Prepare test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Coordinate with business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and product enhancements. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Previous experience as a Business Analyst within a Payment Institution, Electronic Money Institution, Acquiring organization, FinTech company, or similar payment services environment . Strong knowledge of Payment Facilitator (PF) products and business workflows. Hands-on experience with Virtual POS, Physical POS, and Payment Link solutions. Good understanding of Merchant (Sub-Merchant) onboarding processes. Knowledge of POS management and terminal lifecycle processes. Strong understanding of card payment flows, including Authorization, 3D Secure, Capture, Void, Refund, and Chargeback . Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence . Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and system integration analysis . Good knowledge of SQL . Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience in preparing functional and technical documentation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. Preferred Experience with POS management and terminal operations. Knowledge of commission, settlement, merchant payouts, and reconciliation processes. Familiarity with PCI DSS , BKM , and Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) regulations related to payment systems. Knowledge of microservices architecture and API Gateway concepts. Experience using tools such as Postman and Swagger .
