Requirements: Graduated from Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Programming departments of universities/vocational schools. English proficiency at a level sufficient to perform daily business tasks. Hands-on experience in Role and Access Management (IAM/RBAC) processes. 2 years of relevant professional experience in the field. In this role, you will Manage user accounts, roles, and access rights across IDM-integrated and non-integrated systems. Coordinate user access provisioning and deprovisioning processes in line with HR updates and organizational changes. Perform access management activities in accordance with the principles of least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD). Support the administration and continuous improvement of the Identity Management (IDM) infrastructure and role-based access control processes. Participate in periodic access rights reviews with business units and technical teams to ensure appropriate access levels.
