Position Summary The Application Engineer plays a vital role in driving our business forward by supporting the development of innovative solutions tailored to our customers' needs. Responsibilities Customer Experience: Collects and summarizes customer expectations regarding system and product requests, including deliverables. Qualifications Mechanical Engineering Backround min. 5 Years of experience at mobile&industrial hydraulics systems Effective communication skills with customers and team members in English and native language Ability to assist in breaking down complex problems Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges Understanding of customer needs and expectations Willingness to travel to customers for relationship building and tailored technical support Ability to set personal goals aligned with team objectives
