Your Role: Our agile product teams are going through exciting changes that involve the design and development of new systems, improving existing systems and working with some of latest technologies available. We’re looking for an Agile Delivery Lead who will; Lead the delivery of complex initiatives across technology and product teams, from planning through execution and release. Create and maintain delivery plans, milestones, timelines and dependencies, ensuring risks, issues and blockers are proactively managed. Coordinate cross-team planning and alignment between Engineering, Product and other stakeholders. Establish and improve Agile ways of working, coaching teams, Product Owners and leaders on effective delivery and continuous improvement. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and help teams remove delivery impediments. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate roadmap priorities into realistic delivery plans. Define and monitor delivery metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput and delivery predictability. Own and improve Jira and Confluence workflows, dashboards, documentation and reporting. Your Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, business, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in software, technology or digital product environments. 4+ years of experience in Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, Agile Coaching, Project Management or similar roles. Proven experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple teams. Strong project and delivery management skills, including scope, timeline, risk, issue and dependency management. Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban; experience with SAFe, LeSS or similar frameworks is a plus. Strong understanding of SDLC and modern software delivery practices. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. Experience in fintech, payment systems or other regulated financial environments is highly preferred.
