We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to lead the design of our mobile and web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across all responsive digital platforms. This role also includes responsibility for the design and user experience of websites for one of our clients - an investment fund company based in Turkey . Working closely with application development teams and business stakeholders, the successful candidate will combine strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user experience, interaction design, and user-centered design principles. They will be responsible for translating business objectives and user requirements into intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional digital products that deliver an exceptional user experience across all devices. The role will work closely with product, technology, and development teams to design high-quality interfaces for iOS, Android, mobile web, and responsive web applications , from initial concepts through to final implementation. Key Responsibilities Design intuitive, engaging, and visually polished mobile application interfaces for iOS and Android. Design responsive and user-friendly interfaces for web applications and mobile websites . Translate business requirements, user needs, and product concepts into clear and effective UI/UX solutions. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity UI designs from concept through to implementation. Develop reusable UI components, design patterns, and design systems to ensure consistency across digital products. Create simple and intuitive user journeys, with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and customer experience. Design for different user scenarios, including standard journeys, edge cases, errors, empty states, loading states, notifications, and confirmations . Ensure designs are responsive and provide a consistent experience across different screen sizes, devices, and operating systems. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and accurately implemented . Prepare design specifications, prototypes, assets, and documentation required by development teams. Review developed applications and web interfaces against approved designs and identify UI inconsistencies, usability issues, and design improvements. Participate in usability testing, design reviews, user research, competitor analysis, and feedback sessions. Analyse user feedback and product insights to identify opportunities to improve existing digital experiences. Maintain and evolve existing design systems, UI libraries, and digital experiences. Ensure all designs are aligned with established brand guidelines and visual identity standards . Stay up to date with current mobile UI/UX trends, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, and digital design practices . Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams throughout the design and development lifecycle. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design , or a related discipline. 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or digital product design. Strong hands-on experience designing mobile applications for iOS and/or Android. Demonstrable experience designing web applications and responsive websites . Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile app and web application design projects . Portfolio is essential. Advanced proficiency in Figma . Experience with other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Adobe Illustrator is preferred. Strong understanding of UI design, interaction design, information architecture, usability, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, colour, and composition . Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles . Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, user flows, and interactive prototypes . Experience developing and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components . Good understanding of iOS and Android design standards and conventions . Experience working closely with developers and understanding the practical considerations of implementing UI designs. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and frontend technologies is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies in visual design and user experience. Ability to manage multiple design requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment. They should have a strong visual design portfolio, proven experience designing mobile applications, and sufficient web application experience to work effectively with modern development teams. Candidates should be able to demonstrate their design thinking, visual quality, attention to detail, understanding of user journeys, and ability to take a design from concept through to developer handoff and implementation .
