To reach our goal, we are looking for the best talent within the scope of the job description below; Job Description Analyze business and technical requirements, prepare test cases and data, and perform test executions. Install, configure, test, and support Argela software and third-party tools. Research, evaluate, and integrate third-party tools into assigned projects. Report outcomes and document issues from testing, deployment, and support processes. Monitor Argela products in production environments; create necessary scripts and set up alarms. Detect and troubleshoot issues in Argela products and third-party tools in both test and production environments. Provide necessary system outputs to support Argela’s development and analysis teams. Be available for operational activities outside of standard working hours when necessary. Analyze system behavior and performance under load. Demonstrate a passion for problem-solving, analysis, and continuous learning. Communicate effectively and provide customer support for Argela products within SLA timeframes. Take ownership of responsibilities and work collaboratively as a team player. Qualifications Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role Ability to design effective test cases and strategies based on software requirements Preferred experience in testing, deployment, or support of BPMN 2.0-based applications Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, firewalls) Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) Familiarity with logging, tracing, shell scripting, and alert strategies Proficiency in testing RESTful and SOAP APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI Hands-on experience with application servers (e.g., WebLogic, GlassFish) Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, HBase) Bonus: Experience with Kafka, Redis, and microservice architectures Familiarity with cloud platforms and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Strong Linux system administration skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English No military obligation for male candidates Willingness and ability to travel to field locations as required The Privacy Notice regarding the processing of your personal data collected through your application to this job posting is available at the following link; https://www.argela.com.tr/tr/priva cy/
