2nd Level Support Specialists (12-Month Contract) Location: Remote Contract Length: 1 year We're looking for experienced 2nd Level Support Specialists to join a large-scale support operation for a major international organisation. Responsibilities : Support & Incident Management Provide 2nd Level Support for customer proprietary applications and customer-specific workflows Handle incident management for internal customer platforms and business-critical applications Monitor and resolve issues within workflow automation tools Monitor and resolve issues related to online submission/filing processes Perform incident analysis, categorisation, resolution, closure and evaluation Investigate and troubleshoot problems Proactively communicate with end users when service issues arise Experience : Minimum 2 years' experience in Expert 2nd Level Support for complex business applications Experience working within ITSM environments ServiceNow experience is a strong advantage Experience supporting web-based business applications Comfortable troubleshooting across Windows environments Understanding of networking concepts, firewalls and certificates Ability to write basic SQL queries Experience supporting mobile devices, particularly iPads Familiarity with Git and technical documentation Experience working in Agile environments A strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills If this sounds like a good fit, please apply or reach out for a confidential discussion.
