We're looking for an organized, motivated, and passionate Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You'll work in an open, collaborative, and high-trust environment where you'll contribute to building scalable SaaS products while continuously developing your technical expertise alongside experienced teammates. Our platform is built with a Vue.js frontend and a Java/Spring backend running on a microservices architecture using AWS, RDS, and Heroku. We continuously build new capabilities that help app marketers succeed while solving complex engineering challenges at scale. What You'll Do Build new features across our microservices architecture Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code Participate in code reviews and write automated tests Improve the applications and services you work on Contribute to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices Troubleshoot bugs, analyze production issues, and help improve system reliability Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality solutions Share knowledge with teammates and contribute to engineering best practices Leverage AI tools where appropriate to improve productivity, code quality, and problem-solving, while applying sound engineering judgment and maintaining ownership of your work What You'll Bring BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 3+ years of professional Java development experience Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles Hands-on experience with server-side technologies such as Spring, JPA, and Hibernate Experience with SQL and relational databases, preferably MySQL or PostgreSQL Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows Understanding of Agile software development methodologies Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity when appropriate, while demonstrating strong engineering judgment, critical thinking, and ownership of the final solution Good verbal and written communication skills in English Nice to Have Experience with SaaS applications and product development Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, RDS) and Heroku Experience working with microservices architecture Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Experience with Redis or similar caching technologies Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB What We Offer Competitive USD salary Private Health Insurance Top-notch tech equipment English-speaking and multinational work environment Free breakfast every day Unlimited snack bar Flexible work hours Monthly Food Allowance Unlimited online courses Culture Open, collaborative, and high-trust environment Fast-moving startup mindset with global scale impact Motivated, inspiring co-workers Strong focus on learning, ownership, and technical excellence Opportunity to work on real-world problems with visible impact Continuous feedback and transparent communication culture Impatient with Actions, Patient with Results We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
