We are hiring on behalf of an award-winning fintech startup headquartered in Kuwait, currently leading innovation in the shariah-compliant investment space. The company’s mobile platform—used actively across Kuwait —provides ethical, cross-border investment access with a growing suite of features, including trading, robo-advisory tools, and more to come. To support the expansion of features such as options trading and local markets , we’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business objectives, regulatory constraints, and technical implementation. This role will work closely with mobile, backend, QA, product, and non-technical stakeholders to analyze new feature opportunities, local regulations, provider integrations, and ensure seamless implementation aligned with user experience (UX) and compliance requirements. 🧩 Key Responsibilities Evaluate and document business requirements for new features (e.g., options trading, regional compliance workflows) Review legal/regulatory documentation and API/service provider specs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements Translate business and regulatory needs into functional specifications , user flows, and developer-friendly artifacts Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure new features align with UX best practices Communicate and present requirements to both technical teams (mobile, backend) and non-technical stakeholders Support QA teams by designing test plans , reviewing results, and ensuring product delivery meets expectations Lead or support discovery workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and cross-team planning meetings Ensure traceability and clarity from initial requirement through to final implementation and QA Maintain detailed, organized documentation in tools like Jira , Confluence , or equivalents Stay informed about fintech trends, local financial regulations, and user needs to guide feature development ✅ Requirements 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Product Analyst , ideally in fintech, banking, or a regulated industry Proven ability to interpret regulatory, legal, and provider documentation and translate into technical requirements Comfortable communicating technical details (e.g., API specs, data flows) to developers and summarizing business value to stakeholders Experience designing or contributing to test plans and collaborating with QA teams Understanding of mobile and backend software development lifecycles Fluent in both English and Turkish (spoken and written) – this is essential for coordination with various teams Experience with Jira, Confluence, UML/BPMN, flow diagrams , or similar tools Strong analytical and communication skills – with attention to detail and a mindset for clarity and completeness 🌍 Why Join? 100% remote – work from anywhere Collaborate with a sharp, agile team building meaningful fintech products Shape critical new features used by a fast-growing user base Work at the intersection of product, compliance, and engineering Enjoy 3 0 days of paid time off annually
