Senior Salesforce Consultant As Executas HR & Business Solutions, we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant who will take an active role in our Client’s various Salesforce projects and contribute to the development and enhancement of the Salesforce platform. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Consultant . Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Consultant , Hands-on experience in Salesforce.com implementation projects, Experience with Custom Objects, Fields, Formulas, Validation Rules, Workflows, Flows, and Page Layout configurations, Knowledge and experience in Salesforce integration processes with other systems, Strong knowledge of User Management, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Salesforce security structures, Experience in Salesforce data quality, system maintenance, and platform management, Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, Experience with UAT processes and related documentation, Proficiency in developing dashboards, KPIs, and reports, Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Responsibilities Take an active role in the technical and operational management of the Salesforce platform, Manage data quality, platform health, system maintenance, and environment refresh processes, Lead the technical implementation of development and change requests within the Salesforce roadmap, Participate in discovery and analysis sessions with Salesforce Program Managers, Developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders, Design Salesforce enhancements and system improvements based on business requirements, Manage configurations including Custom Objects, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Flows, Workflows, user settings, and security structures, Support the management and configuration of third-party applications integrated with Salesforce, Manage UAT processes and prepare the required testing documentation, Resolve user support requests within agreed SLA timelines, Develop KPI dashboards, sales operational reports, and performance tracking tools, Proactively identify opportunities to improve Salesforce usage, business processes, and user productivity, Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams during major project implementations and system rollouts, Provide end-user training and troubleshooting support, Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical and operational Salesforce-related issues.
