Data Science Specialist to join our Product & Analytics team to continuously improve operational processes, increase efficiency, and implement new opportunities that support our business goals! What You’ll Do Provide day-to-day leadership of the Data Science team, including sprint planning, retrospectives, mentoring, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence. Translate strategic goals into actionable data science projects and team roadmaps. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of predictive models, including recommendation engines, churn prediction, demand forecasting, and pricing optimization. Promote best practices in model governance, data quality, and reproducibility. Discover and prioritize new use cases where machine learning can drive measurable business impact, such as automating player segmentation or detecting promotional abuse. Partner closely with Data Engineering teams to ensure scalable and reliable model deployment, aligning solutions with the company’s data infrastructure and operational flows. Who You Are 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics. Proven experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital consumer businesses. Strong knowledge of machine learning, experimentation design, causal inference, and predictive modeling. Knowledge of Python / R and data modeling + experience in AI / ML, service connection skills with IT teams Strategic thinker who can translate business goals into actionable data projects. Passionate about mentoring and developing a high-performing team. Experience with recommendation systems, personalization engines, or large-scale e-commerce platforms.
