Job Description We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst specialized in Customer Domain to support the design and implementation of scalable and customer-centric banking solutions. This role will work closely with product, development, QA, compliance, and business teams to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and seamless digital customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Analyze and document customer lifecycle processes including onboarding, profile management, customer updates, segmentation, and customer status flows Work closely with business, compliance, and technology teams to translate customer-related requirements into system specifications Support integration analysis for customer services across digital channels, core banking, KYC, and authentication systems Define functional and non-functional requirements for customer domain services Support UAT activities and production rollout processes Contribute to process improvements for customer experience and operational efficiency What We’re Looking For Minimum 6 years of experience in Customer domain business analysis within the banking sector Strong hands-on experience in customer onboarding and customer lifecycle processes Knowledge of KYC, customer verification, customer segmentation, and digital onboarding flows Experience working with digital banking channels and customer-facing systems Strong SQL knowledge is required Strong analytical and documentation skills Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Join Us
