Senior BI Consultant (Qlik) Are you ready to turn data into insight and shape decision-making across industries? We’re looking for Senior BI Consultant to join BI Technology , the Qlik Business Intelligence Center of Excellence within the Komtaş ecosystem. If you’re passionate about data visualization, analytics, and creating real business impact, this role is for you. What You’ll Do As a Senior BI Consultant , you will take an active role in end-to-end Qlik-based BI projects , including: Designing and developing dashboards, reports, and analytics applications Translating business requirements into scalable BI solutions Preparing, modeling, and transforming data from multiple sources Ensuring data quality, performance, and user-centric design Taking part in integration projects that connect Qlik with external systems, APIs, and AI services Bringing AI capabilities into analytics solutions (e.g. Qlik Answers, Qlik Predict, LLM-based assistants and agentic workflows) Participating in client meetings, demos, documentation, and trainings Sharing expertise with the team and contributing to best practices What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence projects Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense / QlikView (required) Experience with Qlik Cloud Analytics (strongly preferred) Strong SQL skills; experience with MS SQL Server or Oracle Familiarity with AI and generative AI concepts, and interest in applying them to BI use cases Experience with or interest in integration work: REST APIs, Qlik APIs, Python, or similar Basic knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3 is a plus Eagerness to keep up with emerging technologies and adopt them in real projects Fluency in English (written and spoken) Strong analytical thinking and communication skills Comfortable working in client-facing environments Currently residing in Istanbul Ability to work flexibly at client locations in Istanbul when needed Willingness to travel occasionally Why Join Us?
