Senior AI Engineer İş İlanı

We are looking for a Senior AI / LLM Engineer to join our partner, a technology company developing AI-powered products. In this role, you will design and build AI products, end-to-end, from experimenting with new LLM capabilities to building reliable systems that run in production. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams across LLM applications, AI agents, backend systems, integrations, and automation. What You'll Do Design and build LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation workflows Build the backend services and APIs that power AI products, primarily using Python Develop RAG pipelines, tool-calling systems, and agentic workflows Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and third-party systems Turn prototypes and experiments into robust, production-ready solutions Make architectural and technical decisions across the AI stack Work closely with product stakeholders to turn business problems into practical AI solutions Own projects end-to-end, from technical design through deployment and iteration Improve the performance, reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of AI systems Contribute to the broader engineering effort when needed and help shape technical direction What We're Looking For Strong academic background from a top-tier universities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field Strong professional experience in software engineering with Python Experience building backend services, APIs, and integrations Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM / Generative AI applications Practical experience with RAG, tool calling, AI agents, or agentic workflows Strong understanding of software architecture and the ability to design systems beyond the model layer Experience taking AI solutions from experimentation to production Strong problem-solving and system-design skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical decisions Product mindset: you care about building something useful, not just experimenting with models Who You'll Be You are an engineer who is comfortable operating at the intersection of AI and software engineering. You don't need to have worked with every framework or the latest LLM tooling. We care more about your ability to understand complex problems, design good systems, and actually ship. You should be comfortable working with ambiguity, moving quickly, and making decisions without needing everything to be defined upfront.
