SAP Senior Specialist FI-CO Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP, with a strong understanding of SAP systems and their integration with other enterprise applications. Strong configuration and implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA Financial modules, particularly FI, CO, and TRM. Solid knowledge of Product Costing methods and processes. Knowledge of SAP ABAP and experience in technical development is a plus. Practical knowledge and experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and AI-supported business applications, particularly in finance, reporting, data analysis, process automation, forecasting, and decision support. Ability to identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to improve SAP processes, data quality, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency. Familiarity with SAP Business AI, generative AI, intelligent automation, and emerging AI technologies within the SAP ecosystem is a strong plus. Experience in leading SAP or enterprise application projects, including team leadership, project management, or coordination responsibilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users, IT teams, development teams, and external partners. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Job Description Lead and contribute to SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects, from requirement analysis through solution delivery. Design, configure, implement, and optimize SAP FI/CO/TRM solutions in line with business requirements. Design and manage SAP integration solutions with other enterprise applications and systems. Provide functional consultancy and guidance for SAP Finance and Controlling processes. Define solution architectures, technology stacks, and appropriate development environments in collaboration with relevant IT teams. Lead and coordinate SAP Business Analysts, functional consultants, developers, and other project team members in the delivery of critical projects. Manage relationships with SAP implementation partners, technology providers, and other external stakeholders. Understand and manage business stakeholder expectations, ensuring high-quality delivery and user satisfaction. Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence and AI-supported tools within SAP FI/CO processes to improve automation, efficiency, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making. Evaluate and support the implementation of AI-based solutions for financial data analysis, anomaly detection, process optimization, forecasting, and management reporting. Collaborate with Finance, Business, and IT teams to integrate AI capabilities into SAP transformation and digitalization initiatives. Explore and implement AI-supported solutions to improve data quality, financial reporting, reconciliation, controlling processes, and operational efficiency. Monitor developments in SAP Business AI, generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, and emerging technologies relevant to SAP Finance and Controlling. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, digitalization, automation, and technology-driven business transformation within SAP Finance processes.
