Quality Assurance Supervisor İş İlanı

MISSION The Quality Assurance Supervisor will be responsible for working closely with suppliers and ensuring that all garments produced in the region across womenswear, menswear and kidswear product categories meet the company’s quality standards, technical specifications and brand expectations. SENIORITY Supervisor role (more than 5 years) RESPONSABILITIES 1. Core Competencies & Technical Knowledge Solid understanding of Mango Manual/SOP and QA procedures (measurement methods, flaw detection, etc.), ensuring full compliance with all included requirements. Experienced in AQL 2.5 standards, applied confidently in both Inline and Final inspections. Technical background across Woven, C&S, Knitwear, and Leather garments. Minimum 8 years of experience in garment product inspections. Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking). 2. Professional Attitude & Conduct Proactive, positive, and initiative-driven approach to daily responsibilities. Professional, honest, and responsible in all interactions. Strict adherence to the Code of Conduct and respect for the established Reporting Line. Strong communication skills, both with Superiors and with Factory/Supplier teams. 3. Training & Team Support Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mango Manual and Procedure revisions to train and support the QA Team and Supplier QA's in implementing Quality Management System requirements at factory level. Support the Manager in training (or organizing training for) new QA/QC staff, ensuring all information shared is current and that procedures remain consistently applied over time. 4. Technical Support Review tech packs, approved samples, and order recaps to provide QA teams with clear guidelines, ongoing support, and early alerts on potential issues. Be personally involved in resolving technical matters when required. 5. Quality & Inspection Management Plan and conduct inspections, taking ownership of complex collections and closely monitoring underperforming suppliers/factories. Identify and propose new potential suppliers/factories, verifying alignment with Mango's quality standards. Support HQ divisions with quality-related service requests as needed. Conduct Technical Audits at Supplier/Factory level, as assigned by the Manager. 6. Problem Resolution Collaborate with Superiors to identify root causes of quality issues and contribute proactively to developing effective, sustainable solutions. EXPERIENCE Degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field. High command of English is required. Both speaking and writing. Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within the textile/fashion industry and working directly with factories and suppliers in Turkey, Egypt and Tunusia. Strong experience in apparel manufacturing across womenswear, menswear and kidswear product categories. Previous experience as Quality Assuarance Supervisor. Solid knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, fitting, measurements, workmanship and finishing processes. Experience working directly with factories and suppliers in Turkey. Strong knowledge of AQL standards, inspection methodologies, audits and CAPA processes. Excellent analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, influencing and negotiation capabilities. Ability to work autonomously and travel regularly across production facilities.
