Main Responsibilities Own and execute end-to-end QA processes for mobile games, performing manual testing across iOS and Android platforms, including functional, regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory, UI/UX, and compatibility testing. Validate gameplay mechanics, economy, progression systems, configurations, events, A/B tests, and analytics events to ensure data accuracy and player experience quality. Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects; verify fixes and ensure proper closure before releases. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Game Designers, and Developers to create clear, testable feature scenarios and identify quality risks early in the development cycle. Manage release-related QA activities, including build validation, test planning, QA sign-off, and post-release quality checks. Design, implement, and maintain QA systems, processes, and workflows that support scalable and efficient game development. Own and maintain test case management tools, including test cases, regression suites, test plans, and QA documentation. Build and continuously improve scalable QA pipelines that support rapid iteration and live operations Monitor and analyze quality-related and technical KPIs for live games, and propose data-driven improvement initiatives. Contribute actively to post-mortems, risk assessments, and continuous quality improvement efforts. Collaborate with central technology and product teams on company-wide quality, tooling, and process initiatives. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Tester in mobile game development. Strong understanding of mobile game development lifecycles on iOS and Android platforms. Solid knowledge of Free-to-Play game mechanics, game economy, and player experience principles. Hands-on experience with test planning, test case design, and QA documentation. A mindset focused on building, improving, and maintaining QA systems and processes, not just executing tests. Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with strong ownership and accountability Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.
