We build agents that answer and route calls, resolve customer requests across every written channel, and rewire how an enterprise actually runs. We are forward deployed by design. Our engineers and strategists sit inside the customer's operation, learn how the business truly works, and ship against that reality. This is a role for people who want ownership, tempo, and proximity to consequence. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented university student to join Luron as a long-term QA Intern. You will work closely with our QA, Engineering, and Forward Deployed Engineering teams to test AI voice agents before they reach customers. This is a hands-on role. You will actively talk to our voice agents, test different scenarios, intentionally push conversations outside their expected paths, identify failures, and document exactly what happened. This is not a shadowing internship. We expect interns to gradually take real ownership of product and customer quality. What you'll actually do Talk to and test AI voice agents through real conversations. Run structured test scenarios for customer deployments. Test whether agents correctly understand and respond to users. Try different wording, speaking speeds, accents, interruptions, unexpected answers, and conversation styles. Intentionally try to break conversational flows and discover edge cases. Test multilingual agents in languages you speak. Identify issues involving conversation logic, understanding, response quality, latency, and integrations. Document bugs with clear descriptions and reproduction steps. Verify fixes and perform regression testing. Help maintain test cases, QA checklists, and release criteria. Work closely with FDEs and engineers before customer demos and launches. Gradually take ownership of QA for specific customers or deployments. Who we're looking for University student. Able to commit at least three full days per week. Available for a long-term internship, ideally six months or longer. Exceptional attention to detail. Patient and systematic when testing the same system repeatedly. Naturally curious about how and why things break. Comfortable experimenting and trying unusual scenarios. Strong written communication and documentation skills. Comfortable learning technical concepts and tools. Strong English communication skills. High ownership and willingness to take responsibility.
