As one of Shopify’s leading partners, we develop custom Shopify solutions, complex integrations, mobile applications, and seamless commerce experiences for fast-growing and enterprise brands. Alongside our client projects, we continuously develop Holly Connect, our integration platform that connects Shopify with ERP systems, marketplaces, logistics providers, payment systems, and other commerce technologies. We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager who is passionate about building great products, thrives in managing complex projects, and takes ownership of delivering projects on time and to a high standard. Responsibilities Manage Shopify and e-commerce projects end-to-end, from planning through successful delivery Maintain day-to-day communication and strong relationships with brand stakeholders Coordinate closely with frontend, backend, integration, and other cross-functional teams Lead sprint planning and manage project backlogs to ensure clear priorities and progress Track project timelines, scope, budgets, and deliverables Coordinate ERP / SAP integration projects and ensure smooth collaboration across teams Identify project risks, proactively address challenges, and keep projects on track Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular progress updates and reports Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems; Shopify experience is a strong plus Familiarity with ERP / SAP integration workflows Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies Experience working closely with technical and cross-functional teams Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Professional proficiency in English Experience with Jira, Monday.com, or similar project management tools Ability to understand technical documentation and communicate effectively within international projects Nice to Have Experience working with Shopify Plus Experience managing SaaS projects Experience working with global brands and international stakeholders What We Offer Fully remote working environment Opportunity to work on enterprise-level commerce products and complex integrations International projects and collaboration with global brands A fast-growing, product-focused technology company Collaborative engineering and product culture Continuous learning and career development opportunities
