🚀 About Us We are an innovative and dynamic Web3 team on a mission to build the future of financial technologies. We are launching a next-generation, secure, fast, and user-centric Centralized Crypto Exchange (CEX) platform built to global standards. As we embark on this exciting journey to build our platform from scratch, we are looking for a visionary Project Manager to lead all development, integration, and launch phases. 🎯 Role Overview As our Project Manager, you will serve as the vital bridge connecting software development, UI/UX design, cyber security, compliance, and marketing teams. You will be fully responsible for delivering the CEX platform's product roadmap on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. 📋 Key Responsibilities End-to-End Delivery: Plan, execute, and monitor the development, testing, and ultimate launch phases of the CEX platform from scratch. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate communication and workflows between developers (Frontend/Backend/Blockchain), UI/UX designers, liquidity providers, and security auditors. Compliance & Integration: Align with legal and compliance teams to manage the integration timeline for regional/global financial regulations (e.g., VASP, MICA, local licenses) and KYC/AML providers. Agile/Scrum Framework: Facilitate sprint planning, host daily stand-ups, manage the product backlog, and proactively clear blockers for the engineering team. Risk Mitigation: Identify technical, operational, and timeline risks early on, developing strategic contingency plans. Stakeholder Reporting: Maintain clear communication and regularly report project progress, key milestones, and KPIs to founders and key stakeholders. 💎 Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management (Direct experience in Crypto Exchanges, Fintech, DeFi, or traditional banking/brokerage systems is highly preferred). Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, crypto wallet architectures, order matching engines, and API integrations. Tooling Expertise: Highly proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, or Trello. Methodology: Strong background in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies (Certifications like PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Product Owner are a big plus). Language Skills:

Fluency in English (written and spoken) to seamlessly communicate with a global team and international partners.
