Ensure food safety and product quality through regular controls, inspections, and monitoring activities Inspect incoming raw materials and report any non-conformities Support internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness Identify, report, and follow up corrective and preventive actions in production Make decisions on product release or usage in case of deviations Conduct process trials and support continuous improvement activities Maintain and apply food safety and quality systems (HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO standards) Participate in HACCP activities, including traceability tests and documentation Monitor hygiene and cleaning processes and report issues Communicate food safety and quality concerns to the Quality Assurance team What kind of profile are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in production or quality roles Basic knowledge of food safety and quality management systems Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems Ability to follow legal, customer, and Halal production requirements What competencies are key to this role?
