What Will We Expect From You? Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or other quantitative disciplines Maximum 6 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year of experience in Product Management, preferably focused on operational products within Inventory Management, Store Operations, Picking, Fulfillment, or Optimization domains. Strong interest in product development and operational problem-solving; naturally curious and eager to ask, "Why?" and "How can we improve this?" A product mindset with a strong analytical approach and passion for data-driven decision-making Interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve operational processes and product decisions Ability to understand user, customer, and operational needs and translate them into scalable product solutions Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Open to continuous learning, experimentation, and feedback What Will You Do? Support backlog creation, prioritization, and development processes in line with the product vision Work with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban Collaborate with operations, data, BI, and technology teams to design effective solutions Use AI-powered analysis and automation tools to generate actionable insights from product, operational, and customer data; identify improvement opportunities across inventory, store, and warehouse processes Evaluate AI-powered product ideas, develop pilots, measure their impact, and incorporate learnings back into the product Develop product ideas that improve customer experience and operational efficiency in inventory, store and order allocation processes Measure the impact of product outcomes and feed learnings back into the product What Awaits You in This Role?
