We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Product Team and contribute to the development of our digital products by understanding user needs and transforming them into effective product solutions. What you’ll be doing: Work closely with Product Lead and Technology teams throughout the digital product development process Analyze user needs, business requirements, and feedback to contribute to product development Prepare product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Actively contribute to backlog management and prioritization processes Collaborate with software development teams during sprint planning, refinement, and other Agile ceremonies Monitor the performance of existing products and identify opportunities for improvement Develop recommendations to enhance the user experience Coordinate effectively between business units, Technology teams, and other stakeholders Manage and follow up on the end-to-end process of new features, from analysis and development through testing and launch Analyze product metrics and user behavior to identify insights and recommend actions What We’re Looking For: At least 3+ years of experience in digital products, product management, business analysis, or a similar role Experience in preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product or business requirements Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to understand and analyze user needs and business requirements effectively Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across different teams Experience using Jira or similar product/project management tools Knowledge of data analysis and product metrics Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset Passion for technology and digital products, with a curiosity for industry trends and new developments Knowledgeable about technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and automation tools Nice to Have: Knowledge of SQL Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms Experience working on web and mobile product development Previous experience in the automotive, e-commerce, or marketplace industries is a plus
