Product / Mobie UI Designer İş İlanı

IE Media, Inc. is a global digital media publisher covering technology, engineering and science. We reach millions of readers worldwide through articles, video and social, and we do it with a small team spread across Turkey, the US, the UK and India. We are looking for a Product / UI Designer to design our mobile app and support our web applications. We're rebuilding the Interesting Engineering app and our subscription product, IE+, and we need a designer who puts mobile first and moves fast with AI. This is a hands-on role: you will design, test and ship the work yourself. What you'll do: Own the design of the Interesting Engineering mobile app (iOS and Android): screens, flows, onboarding and new features. Mobile is your first priority. Support our web applications too, including the website, IE+ subscription and paywall pages, and internal tools, keeping the experience consistent across app and web. Turn product ideas into clear prototypes in Figma, working closely with our Growth and Product leads. Use AI tools daily to explore options, produce drafts and speed up delivery, while keeping the final design deliberate and polished. Run competitor benchmarks and simple usability checks, and use the findings to improve the product. Deliver work that's right the first time: clear briefs in, clean files out, minimal revision rounds. What we're looking for: 3+years of product or UI design experience. Hands-on work on at least one live mobile app — this is essential (portfolio required). Experience designing for the web, including responsive layouts across phone, tablet and desktop. Strong Figma skills, including components, auto layout and prototyping. Real experience using AI tools, especially Claude Design in your design workflow — show us how. Working English, written and spoken. Based in Istanbul and able to work from Yıldız Teknopark on planned office days. Nice to have: experience with subscription or paywall design; good knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines; a shared design system used across app and web; motion or micro-interaction design. What we offer: Competitive salary. Private health insurance. 450 TL daily meal allowance. 2,500 TL monthly transportation support. Birthday leave.
