We’re Searching For “The Most Talented Product Owner Team Player” in Turkey MARS is looking for a talented and ambitious Product Owner to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of neobank sector in Turkey. Experience & Qualifications Preferably a BSc degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services. Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams including business, software development, QA, and UX/UI. Good understanding of backend and mobile application development processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions. Ability to take ownership, follow up on deliverables, and take initiative when necessary. Strong communication, presentation, reporting, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Strong written and spoken English (minimum B2 level) is required. Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services is a strong advantage. Responsibilities Own and manage product requirements from discovery through delivery and post-release follow-up. Collaborate closely with technical, business, UX/UI, QA, and operational teams throughout the product lifecycle. Perform and coordinate UAT activities and approve product changes before release. Monitor delivered developments and coordinate corrective actions when issues arise. Manage and follow up on UX/UI activities with relevant teams. Align with other Product Owners and Product Managers to identify and manage cross-product dependencies. Work with internal and external stakeholders to clarify business and technical requirements. Support requirement gathering, documentation, UAT, and delivery processes for international projects. Research relevant technologies, market developments, and industry practices and evaluate their applicability to products.
