Execution & Delivery: Translate high-level strategies into detailed user stories and requirements. Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on impact and effort. Agile Leadership: Lead the development process within Agile/Scrum frameworks, facilitating sprint planning, grooming, and reviews with Engineering and Design teams. Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor product KPIs (Retention, Conversion, Engagement), analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics/Clarity, and conduct A/B tests to optimize performance. Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between business, technology, and design teams to ensure alignment and successful go-to-market strategies. AI Implementation: collaborate with Data Science teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve the user experience (e.g., recommendation engines, smart valuation), and manage the productization of these models. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital product management (End-to-end lifecycle management). Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence). Proven ability to make data-driven decisions using analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI etc.). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric design Familiarity with the mobile app ecosystem and an understanding of ASO mechanics (keywords, store visuals, ratings). A strong interest in or fundamental understanding of AI/ML technologies and how they can be applied to consumer products. Familiarity with Marketing Automation & CRM tools (e.g., Insider, Braze, Salesforce, Netmera) and understanding of user segmentation/targeting. Experience in Proptech, E-commerce, Marketplaces, or SaaS platforms.
